After shopping and traveling to purchase a 2022 grand design with no luck, I asked for Kevins help. He became my eyes and ears on the purchase of my 2500rl. This coach was just what we were looking for and made traveling 3 states away the most pleasurable way to purchase out of state. Kevin did the most thorough inspection. Referring to me through it all. The coach was in immaculate condition, as he pointed out. I wouldn't have got such a excellent report from the manufacturer. Honestly, people like Kevin are very hard to find! He's thorough, precise and fair. When I booked him to come out for something was user error, he spenttime with me going over every detail of my new popup. As a completely inexperienced camper owner, this effort and time Kevin provided is invaluable. I will keep him on speed dial!! Later on, i had some issues that he kindly gave further guidance on to help me do the work on my own. Fantastic, professional & extremely knowledgeable!

Kevin has amazing seminars! I attended the Grand Design National Rally in August 2022. Kevin presented two seminars that were concise and extremely informative. I really enjoyed that he took questions at the end of the seminar so that all of his valuable information could be presented without interruption. He used slides that showed specific problems to look for, where to find items on your unit and recommended products to use to keep your Rv in excellent shape. He’s an excellent presenter, kept me engaged, and well worth the time to attend his seminars. If anyone has the opportunity to attend his seminars it’s a do not miss opportunity! I recently attended Kevin's seminar at the Grand Design National Owners Rally. Having just spent 3 days at the Lippert Technical Institute the prior week I found Kevin's presentation to be a great reinforcement to what I learned there. Without question Kevin is passionate about sharing his knowledge about the ins and outs of maintaining and caring for your RV. If you have n opportunity to attend one of his seminars, I highly recommend doing so,

I attended both sessions of Kevin's seminar at the Grand Design National Rally and found the content to be very informative. Coincidently I also attended the Lippert Technical Institute the prior week and found this to be a great reinforcement of that 3 day course. This is certainly a great seminar for every RVer to take advantage of. Kevin was also kind enough to send me some additional materials to aid me in putting together a reference manual to carry in my RV for those instances that I need some help in trouble shooting or preventive maintenance.

I attended Kevin's Tips and Tricks seminars at the Grand Design Rally in August 2022. Kevin shared great information from his RV Tech experiences. I would highly recommend attending one of his seminars. I learned a lot!

I had the pleasure of attending Kevin's Tips and Tricks from an RV Tech (parts 1 and 2) at the Grand Design National Rally and they were by far the best seminars I attended the entire week. Kevin gave us tips, tricks, do's, don'ts and really shared his 30+ years of experience with ease. You can tell he is passionate about RV's and wants to share that with others. Highly recommended.

We are at the Grand Design National Owners Rally. Kevin is hands down the best presenter at the entire rally. He teaches you all the tips and tricks of rv ownership. He is so knowledgeable and presents the information in an easy to understand manner with some humor to boot. So glad we got to attend his seminars.

On our second trip out in our new RV, we discovered a BURNT area on our wall! Needless to say, it was pretty scary as the whole coach could have burnt up with us in it! I called a number of RV repair persons around Montana but they were all too booked up. Lucky for me, one of them gave me Kevin's number. Even though he was extremely busy, he still made time for us. We met him in Bozeman and he came in, fixed the wiring, and charged us a rediculously reasonable price for it. The only thing he is missing is a cape because he is our hero! I HIGHLY recommend him. He put us at ease and got us back on the road quickly, safely and affordably. It turns out the manufacturer put staples through the wiring so it had to be cut out and repaired. THANK YOU, Kevin!!!

Kevin's service is top-notch and his CAMPER COLLEGE is a MUST!!! I had been struggling with some constant ups and downs with my trailer. One day things would be functioning just fine, then the following, I would have issues with getting the fridge to connect to AC and would only operate on propane. The Grand Design Imagine that I have is not that old and I had been in and out of RV dealerships that would address the big issues, but couldn't seem to help me dial in the little inconsistent stuff. Not to mention I was not being empowered to understand the workings of my trailer....
A dear friend told me Kevin was nearby in Arizona and that I should try to catch up with him. Kevin took me through the ins and outs as he repaired some loose connections. All electrical functions were reviewed by him and I was reassured that things were in good working order. (THEY HAVE BEEN SINCE THEN). He also allowed me to watch and ask questions so that I could be educated on how to potentially address future issues. He then guided me on the recommended maintenance to keep the RV in tip-top shape. SOO WORTH THE VALUE! Seek him out and empower yourself to be an educated RV owner! Thank you Kevin!
